If coming from London on the M20:
Turn off at Junction 7 onto the A249 – Detling Hill – Signed to Sheerness & Sittingbourne
Stay on Detling Hill following road all the way to the Stockbury roundabout at Sittingbourne – go straight over the roundabout & Go down A249 till first exit – come off at this exit & follow signs to Rainham (A2)
Stay on A2 till you see signs for NEWINGTON – You will see BULL LANE on the left hand side -
Turn left into Bull Lane
Go down BULL LANE till you see CALLAWAYS LANE (1st road on left)
Turn into CALLAWAYS LANE – Drive down Callaways Lane & NEWINGTON MANOR is on the right hand side
If coming from London on the M2 (Coastbound):
Take the M2 (Coastbound)
Come off at Junction 5 – Sittingbourne – A249
Go down A249 till first exit – come off at this exit & follow signs to Rainham (A2)
Stay on A2 till you see signs for NEWINGTON – You will see BULL LANE on the left hand side -
Turn left into Bull Lane
